{"product_id":"13x21-1-2x1-carrier-replacement-filter-by-aerostar","title":"13x21 1\/2x1 Carrier Replacement Filter by Aerostar","description":"Direct replacement for the Carrier 13x21 1\/2x1 OEM filter spec, sized at an actual 12 7\/8\" x 21 1\/2\" x 3\/4\". This is the filter that ships on a range of older Carrier and Bryant residential systems, and the OEM-branded refill is one of the more expensive consumables in the Carrier parts catalog given the odd nominal dimensions. Aerostar's pleated equivalent meets the dimensional spec without modification. MERV 8 covers standard household filtration: dust, lint, pollen. MERV 11 handles pet households and most common allergen loads. MERV 13 captures fine particulates including smoke, bacteria, and virus carriers - the grade for households with respiratory issues. Pleated synthetic media with an electrostatic charge built into the fibers handles the filtration. The pleats provide substantially more surface area than a flat fiberglass filter would offer at the same nominal size, extending service life to a 60-to-90-day window in typical residential conditions. The electrostatic charge catches sub-micron particles where the physical weave alone reaches its limits. Manufactured in the USA by Con-Air Industries, Orlando, Florida. Cardboard frame, reinforced to maintain shape under blower suction. MERV 13 in this depth wants a 30-to-60-day change interval because higher MERV grades load up faster than lower options.","brand":"Aerostar","offers":[{"title":"MERV 8 \/ 6","offer_id":41901109248154,"sku":"P80S.011321H-6","price":59.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"MERV 11 \/ 2","offer_id":41901109084314,"sku":"P15S.011321H-2","price":25.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"MERV 13 \/ 2","offer_id":41901109117082,"sku":"P25S.011321H-2","price":29.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"MERV 8 \/ 4","offer_id":41901109149850,"sku":"P80S.011321H-4","price":43.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"MERV 11 \/ 4","offer_id":41901109182618,"sku":"P15S.011321H-4","price":49.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"MERV 13 \/ 4","offer_id":41901109215386,"sku":"P25S.011321H-4","price":56.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"MERV 8 \/ 2","offer_id":41901109051546,"sku":"P80S.011321H-2","price":22.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"MERV 11 \/ 6","offer_id":41901109280922,"sku":"P15S.011321H-6","price":64.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"MERV 13 \/ 6","offer_id":41901109313690,"sku":"P25S.011321H-6","price":72.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"MERV 8 \/ 12","offer_id":41901109346458,"sku":"P80S.011321H-12","price":96.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"MERV 11 \/ 12","offer_id":41901109379226,"sku":"P15S.011321H-12","price":124.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"MERV 13 \/ 12","offer_id":41901109411994,"sku":"P25S.011321H-12","price":134.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0591\/6937\/4362\/files\/13x21Hx1_MERV8_6pk.png?v=1790911052","url":"https:\/\/aerostarairfilters.com\/products\/13x21-1-2x1-carrier-replacement-filter-by-aerostar","provider":"Aerostar Air Filters","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
